Default Skatboard over two line dash switch?

Just picked up a 1998 Discovery LSE and the car did not come with a manual. Can anyone tell me what this switch is? Looks like a skateboard on top of two lines? Pic attached

Thanks

Power switch for cruise control.

I would suggest finding a manual somewhere. There's a lot of really useful info in there.

You can download a manual here:

http://www.landrover.co.uk/gb/en/own...nd-manuals.htm

Click on the "Take me to the owner information website" link at the bottom.

That is the international symbol for a motorway, or expressway as we Yanks call it.
It is a bridge over a road.

Click the link in my signature to download the RAVE manual. It includes the owner's manual and will answer a lot of these simple questions.

if you do your own work on the truck (or plan to) the rave manual is the way to go, it is similar to a chiltons or haynes manual but it is a million times better in my opinion! plus being an E-Book much easier to navigate through.

The RAVE manual is the same manual that the dealer uses.
