Default Slide Hammer attachment for Transfer Case Bearing?

Hi guys, Can anyone tell me what slide hammer attachment I will need to pull the transfer case output bearing? I have decided to change bearing to see if that is what's causing my vibration, but I cannot get the bearing out. Thanks.

Before you go to that extreme, have you pulled the fluid, any chunks of metal on the magnet, have you pulled the inspection plate and are you leaking gear oil at that bearing?
How many miles on the truck, have you replaced or rebuilt the front drive shaft and have you inspected the rotoflex fo large cracks?
The only reason I am asking it this is not a common fault or issue with that T/case.

Mike, I have replaced the front drive shaft so I'm assuming that is ok, but take a look at this video I took of the front driveshaft while I had it on jack stands. It was idling in drive. It looks to be wobbling at the output shaft end. Does this look like the bearing or the drive shaft causing the wobble? Or is this normal? Thanks, Jason

Mike, You were right I checked the output bearing and it was good. I also got the drive shaft checked out and that turned out to be good. I have checked the rotoflex there are some small cracks but overall looks to be in good shape. There is 87K miles on the Disco, but this is the one that the driveshaft snapped and took out the original transmission.
