Default Slight Kick When Changing Gears

Getting some kick every time the gear changes (been a while). Any thoughts? New Drive front drive shaft replaced today.

Mine did that when the transmission oil was low (from changing the cooler). Went away as soon as I topped it off.

Agree that at least a fluid level/condition check in order.
Recent fluid/drain refill and filter change smoothed my trans shifts and TC lockup.
