Default Sludge in Throttle Body

I went to take the throttle body off and found quite a bit of sludge which appears to be coming from the hose that comes out of the engine.

I've already cleaned it, but wanted to know if anyone has seen this before and if there is anything else I should investigate.

With throttle body removed...

The oil seperator in the nipple on the right side valve cover is clogged, causing the left side VC vent to spew oil into the intake. Clean everything, then get a new oil seperator kit.

Is there water in your oil? It looks like water and oil mix, but maybe just condensation mixed.

Filter box and intake clips, good?
Mine was a little oily, too. My separator was completely clogged. Broke it during cleaning. Got new one from rn.
