I know they do, but kerosene circulating in my engine with very little lubrication makes me nervous. I haven't had it done, so I can't speak from experience. But it does make you wonder why it a standard service at Toyota. probably because they know what a sludge maker their 3.0 liter is.
I'd rather use a slower safer method myself, but at the least I'd have the dealer or a service center do it. That way they would be liable for any damages.
