Some people are not smooth with the throttle and I've been in those vehicles as a passenger and I could hear & feel the slack in the driveline going on/off throttle. That will put strain on the TC and both axles for sure.

Or to much tall skinny pedal off road like mentioned above & then a wheel hops and added stress is put on the axles.
