From personal experience the HMMWV tires have to have a solid rubber piece inside to be run flats. It's not a enter-tube but a thick pieces of rubber. Even with that they can get shredded. In Iraq they didn't give the marines the up armoured humvee's, we got next best, a ton or more of armoured doors and turret, and no upgraded suspension or the air-system that will keep the tires up (we didn't need it apparently haha) so we kept two spares on board and blew them regularly. So the tires themselves aren't worth it. That was my experience. They are good tires if they're free or close to free

Its just the Ultra-Gauge. I removed the plastic panel and fitted the gaue inside. I used both the adhesive and velcro to secure it in place and I ordered a OBDII extension cord so it could reach. I tucked the long cord up inside the over head map holder, inside the pillar and inside the fuse panel door.
