So far so good. I've sent the heads out to be planed and tested or rebuilt if needed. The one thing that confuses me though is that the head gaskets don't look too bad at all. I'm positive the gaskets were leaking on the front of the block but still there is very little discernible damage to the gasket itself. The valley gasket was in terrible shape though, could that account for burning coolant? If it's not the head gaskets or the valley gasket, any suggestions on what it might be? We bought a daily driver so I can really take my time and do this right! Thanks guys.
