Default Something in T case

This is a fun one. Was on the final slurps of changing t case fluid, and the small, soft 3 inch hose. I was using to fill T case came off and is now in my transfer case.

I cannot get at it. What would you do?
My first thought is to drive around for a few days, then change the t case fluid again? Thoughts?

This is super fun.

I have done THIS EXACT SAME THING but on a differential. Little rubber elbow piece fell off inside.. Oops.
Never got it out, never was an issue.

if it's a pliable rubber, will it really hurt anything in there?

This is one thread that I am definitely going to watch. On one hand I can see the logic of not worrying about it. On the other hand, it probably should not be in there. I imagine that you cannot get one of the extended reach grabber things down there?

I seriously doubt it would ever get in the gears, and even if it does very very low probability it will hurt anything.

I love these answers, and my 1st thought was to just drive it and then change the fluid again in a couple weeks but....I've decided to have some fun with it. I bought one of those little claw cable tool things and also a cheapo mini camera cable thing. i'm gonna try to fish it out and if I can't get at it then screw it. I'll just drive the truck. I'll make a video and share. Cheers for the responses.
