Default Specific seat issues

2003 SE

Hey, so my passenger side seat does NOT tilt back and forth or raise up and down like my drivers side does.

In addition to that, the heated seat light does not come on on the passenger side when I press the button. (neither heated seat works either... any knowledge on that?)

Does the passenger side power seat simply not have the feature to raise up and down? Or is it a fuse issue? What should I be checking? Thanks!!!

it has all the same features as the drivers seat, but they are all driven by different motors, so i would look for a power issue
