Specification Head Bolts

What are the torque spec for the Head bolts on 97 Disco? Thank AJ

3 steps:
15 ft lbs in the torque sequence
90 degrees in the torque sequence
Another 90 degrees in the torque sequence

And make sure you use only Rover made head bolts, so many of the bargain bolts won't hold up.
