Default Speedy Brake Flush

I installed a set of Russell Speed Bleeders on my truck yesterday. Part no. 639630, 10 x 1.0 mm. I bought them from Summit for $10 a pair. I ran 2 quarts of fluid through the system in about 20 mins. My brakes don't feel any different but at least the fluid is new. I've used Russell speed bleeders before on other vehicles with good results so I figured I'd try them again.

I've used speed bleeders in New England winters, I found them to be a waste of money if you don't get the all stainless ones. Carbon steel versions turned to a rusted lump in short order.
IMO a Motive Power bleeder is more cost effective, particularly if you have more than one car.

I was wondering about that. I was thinking of either spraying them with some anticorrosion spray (a pb blaster product) or better yet just pull them out and put the originals back in now that I'm done.

I don't have an adapter for my F-250 so when my wife is helping bleed the brakes I yell, "In!" "Out!" "In!" "Out!"
Makes it more interesting.

Done that many times in the past whilst bleeding brakes.

It makes it far more interesting for passers by if you've got a blow up girlie doll on the back seat though.
