Ed, I did the TF 3" HD lift and got 3" in the rear and a little over 2" in the front, with the 1" spacer Im pretty level and believe that when adding a winch that it will be a perfect 22" all around

Damn, I didn't see that on the site before. Justin emailed me back but I had already been talking with RTE about custom spacers so I didn't want to blow them off.

Im sure you could buy the set of 4 and sell the other 2. Hell Justin may even just sell you 2 1.5". I think I paid around $65 for my 1". Justin is 1st class all the way, I have bought almost all my upgrades from him and every time I call with a install question he goes out of his way to help. Lucky8 is the best. As long as you didnt commit to buy from RTE I would go with Justin. Just my 1.5 cents!

Yeah Justin is very nice, he helped me out. I'm having 1.75" and 1.25" custom spacers made by RTE with a price and order set up already so I can't really back out.

Zack Well its good your good for your word. You will have about the same height that I do when you put them in. Have you ever put spacers in before?

Sorry I'm confused by this. I ordered a TF 3" setup (with 2+ shocks). It hasn't arrived yet. I am on tired springs now (00 DII). Will I not have at least 3" added all around?

From your tired springs you'll almost definitely get 3" from where you are now. You'll likely get less than 3" if you have any kind of additional weight(i.e. sliders, front/rear bumper, rack/armor)

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but let mes ask one more. I did considerable research on the spring issue before ordering TF's from Justin at Lucky8, and my conclusion was that, needing new springs and shocks anyway, I needed the 2 inch kit. I didn't want to add relocation brackets, new panhard rod, longer brake lines, etc all at once. Justin told me I could do 3" with the TF kit because it is a true 3" and not a lot more like RTE and OME. In the conversation with him and in ordering I neglected to ask about the 1" spacers (that is sort of on topic) to make the truck LOOK level. Again, I am completely stock except for tires (they are 32") and this is for onroad. Did I goof? I do plan to add a particular set of bumpers (80 pounds front, and 60 pounds rear, per seller). I am not looking for ground clearance are articulation so much as tire clearance without sacrificing habdling.
