I had been seeing the SRS light intermittently, but especially when someone or something was in the passenger seat. I used dielectric grease on the yellow connector, but still saw the light. It turns out that the yellow cable under the seat was zip-tied to one of the metal support wires under the seat. The pressure from someone sitting in the seat did some damage to the wire (see pic). I would recommend removing the zip tie if you have one and finding a less stressful place for the yellow wire to be secured.
