just going to assume that it needs replaced
tried hitting it with a hammer with a short crank of less than a sec
Cleaned all the connections with no luck
It cranked very slowly for about a sec then that's when it stopped cranking
Battery is new, tested it aswell so it's good

 

Looks like you are all out of brush, they do wear out eventually.

 

My starter was slow too. I got a rebuilt (Bosch stamped) from local parts store for about $100.
