Default Steel Rims

I was looking at the black steel rims at roverparts and they say "wheels work with stock size tires only". What does that mean? I can't put bigger tires on them?

I have Black "NATO" steel wheels on my '04 Rover. Tire size is 265 75 R16. Have 2" OMU Suspension Lift to go with it.

Nice truck. I like the wheels. Where did you get them?

I, too, used to be a Cabelas ***** until we moved. Now all I have is Bass Pro. As a fly-fisher, I much prefer Cabelas.

The Rover dealer sold me the Rover with all the goodies as a package. I'm almost certain it came from britishatlantic though. I've seen them as a package on their website. Nato steel wheel paired up with pro comp 265 75 16's. I have a slight rub upon compression and 1/2 turn on the front driver wheel though. I'm sure it's "self clearance" someday...hahaha

I justa set of black 15x8 cragar rims on my disco 2 to replace my hurricane rims and they look awesome. black rims look real good on discos. If you decide to get a set of cragar rims you can buy them from summitracing.com I think they're a little more than the NATO rims though.

Try going to tirefactory.com. They got free simulation for tires. I always test mine there.

One thing to watch is the width of the rim if going to a larger and wider tire. The NATO rims are 16x7 and just barely wide enough for a 265 tire.
