Default Steel Wheels.. Advantage?

MagPie came with steelies but curious how they are "better" than the OEM alloys. Other than being tougher/heavier, i can't really think of anything.

They crack less (less brittle), you can damage them and fix with a sledgehammer, cheaper to replace

I am guessing it had the 18 inchers and the PO wanted 16s so he went the cheaper route.

Who knows. Did the SE trim level for 01's come with 18's? I didn't think those were available yet?

Cheap 16x8 steelies are probably the way to go for a serious off-roader

I have the Terrafirma alloy beadlock wheels and they're getting banged up pretty good. Great wheels otherwise
