Default Steering Box PAS lines - O-rings

I have a leak at the top of the box where the steering lines enter. I pulled both lines to inspect the O-rings - they looked "okay". However, the front line is leaking.

So, I decided to pull o-rings from my donor truck (since they were not leaking) and test them. No luck, still leaking.

There is a clamp "plate" with forks that bolts down on top of the two line and keeps them securely in place. Is there a specific way the clamp plate needs to be position. It didn't seem so the couple times I had it off and on. The forks are the same dimension.

I checked AB and RN, but couldn't seem to locate the o-rings on either site.
Anyone know where I can get them?

The o-rings in question are green and brown. There are Two green o-rings(one large one small) on one line and two brown o-rings (one large one small) on the other line.

I wonder if the line is bad? ****. I better check for hairline cracks, splitting, etc.
