Steering problem still occuring
Last week I posted that my steering was acting like there was no power steering and followed the advice of sucking it out, replacing it driving it around, sucking it out, filling it up driving around for a day, etc. I did this four times and while it has gotten better, it is still a pain, especially when I'm stopped and turning into a parking spot or the like. I've noticed that on the warmer days it isn't as bad as the colder days. In fact, it is almost normal. But as winter gets closer I feel like it is going to be getting worse. Anyone have any thoughts on this? It's weird. I thought having a warm engine pushing warm fluids around would negate the fact that it is cold outside. It's a pain, though, and embarrassing and I would like to get it fixed ASAP
I used pennsoil power steering fluid. I know it's not the best, but it was the only thing open at the time. I also did pick up and used the lucas power steering fluid stuff in each fluid change.
