steering wheel noise

Quick question. I have an 01 disco and a lot of times when I start driving the steering will make a low pitched squeeling sound for the first turn. Any ideas what this may be? Thanks

Its just something in the steering shaft. My old work E-250 did that for ever, you get used to it after awhile.
