Its been a minute since I've had to remove a steering wheel. It's the rotary coupler that can be a PITA. I'm little help, but here are the RAVE instructions.

You might find this useful, @ 6:47 you can see the rotary coupler. Tape that in a fixed position ( you can see the OE tape ).

Jason, I have seen those, but seems a bit time consuming to do. Very nice color combination thou. I got a good one from ebay, just arrived. Still have dimples intact.
Thanks

How do you do this? Do you have the RAVE with you all the time? I am really amazed. Man! I envy you! LOL!

Thanks so much, I just have to locate the THANK button on me phone. OOOPS, there is none. Later then.

I had a total nightmare come true removing a steering wheel from an '03 D2. After removing the alignment bolt, the steering wheel wasn't coming off. I was hitting it from 3 and 9 for no use. I even used quite a lot of WD-40 - didn't help either.
