Default stolen spare key 03 D2

So, I'm pretty sure my key, the spare old school key, not the fob, was stolen while my truck was in my driveway. **** happens everywhere, though it's a nice enough street with cops and state reps living next door. I was cleaning out my truck, and was mostly done, got distracted, and didn't get back to it, until the next day. the doors were shut but unlocked.

What's my best option, assuming they may come back for the car later, though I'm not sure why they didn't take it last night. RE-key everything? Don't feel like spending thousands. Is there another way besides something like the club to prevent them from taking it?

Thanks,
Scott

Seriously....you can buy lock and key sets on ebay. In the mean time you can unplug the fuel cut off at night.

Superlock? That sounds like I'll probably get locked out of my truck at some point. how do I engage the super lock? pressing the lock on the fob 3 times fast? And then just unlock as normal with the key fob?

looks like I'll end up getting this replacement ignition lock

for the short term, go buy one of those steering wheel lock bars and put it on at night...just for peace of mind. If they come back and see that attached to wheel they'll probably move on. Wait, why the hell would someone want to steel a D2??!!
