Default Strange electrical issues

Let me start by saying that these trucks are some of the buggiest things I have ever seen, and that says a lot seeing as how I work with computers for a living. Anyway here is my new issue. Was driving home and stopped to get something to eat, as I was pulling out of the drive through the horn beeped. then over the rest of the trip home it was randomly beeping. So I got home and pulled the relay thinking that the relay may had gone bad. So I pull on into the garage and go grab the mail when I walk back into the garage the head lights are on, After I fidget around with the controls for a bit they finally go back off... Very random, any ideas?
