Default Strange hesitation and CEL on

I took my 96 Disco on a 400 mile round trip last weekend and on the way back it hesitated a couple of times. It was almost like it was running out of gas where is would bog down and then pick up again. It did it about 3 or 4 times, and it would last about a mile each time. The check engine light didn't come on during this, but it did come on on my way to work the next morning. I replaced the fuel filter, changed oil and filter, and spark plugs about 1000 miles ago. I pulled the codes with my ebay special generic code reader today and I came up with:
P0300
P0307
P1316
P1313
I was getting the 300 and 307 before I changed my plugs but this is the first time they came back on since. The 1316 and 1313 are new and sound like bad news to me( misfire causing excessive emissions and misfire likely to cause damage to catalyst). I already ordered a new set of wires, hoping that it is something simple. They should be here tomorrow. What else should I check that might cause the last two codes? Any help would be much appreciated.

How many miles on the truck, what brand of wires have you ordered?
What octane gas are you using, how smooth is the idle?
I wouldn't do anything else till after you install some good wires, clear the codes and see what comes back.

The truck has 120,000 miles. I ordered the plug wires that atlantic british sells, item #9206a. Using 91 octane. Idle is a little uneven, It was worse before I changed the plugs.

You will probably want to change out your tired 02's and give the engine an induction cleaning to help decarbon it.

Thanks for the advise, I'll order up the new 02 sensors this week. What do you use for the induction cleaning?

Thanks, Mike.
Now the challenge is finding sea foam in Rawlins, Wyoming. No luck so far. I might have to have my dad bring some up from Denver when he visits next weekend.

Call around. It has been around for ages and they even carry it at the Wal-Mart down the street.

All we have in town is a Checker and a Carquest. Neither place had it. I told the parts guy at the shop I work at to look around while he was making his rounds. No luck. Nearest Walmart is a hundred miles away, so no luck there. Probably be this weekend.

Update
So I finally got to do somw work on the disco last weekend. Did new wires ( Genuine Land Rover), Oil Change, Serpentine Belt, Seafoam, and a couple of other things that I can't remember. The seafoam and wires have definately helped it run smoother and it seems to have more power. I have gotten all of the same codes back in the last week though. Still haven't got the O2 sensors in yet so hopefully that will fix it.
