Perhaps it was written down wrong? P0134 is CKT no response and P0304 is misfire on cylinder 4.

The P0 codes are industry standard and they mean the same thing on all engines.

The P1 codes are manufacturer specific, and COULD mean different things on different engines.

Both of those codes are for bank 1 sensor 1.

Swap the front sensors side to side and see if the problem follows.

If it does follow the sensor, the sensor is bad. If it doesn't and the problem remains bank 1 sensor 1, it's probably wiring or the computer. If the problem goes away it was a connection issue.

If you didn't have these codes with the old sensors, it's probably not computer related. It could just be a new sensors that was DOA.

these codes where active on the original sensors which is why i replaced them if they are DOA they have a 1 year warranty so i will just have them replaced.

If the fuse were the problem you would have more then just one sensor having issues, because I believe they are all tied to the #2 fuse under the hood.
If you find you don't have power at one plug then more than likely you have a short in the wire somewhere. The next step would be testing the correct power pins at the engine management ECM under the dash to see if you have power there. If you have power at the ECM but not the O2 plug then you have a problem in the harness somewhere between the ECM and the O2 plug.
