Default Stumble at Idle in Drive with A/C on, but not in Park!

I have researched this and, while I have found several posts on similar situations, I can't seem to find this exact scenario.

I have noticed over the last few days that when I am stopped at a red light I will have a stumble every five seconds or so. It doesn't seem to occur when the A/C is off (at least it's not as obvious) and it doesn't happen if the transmission is in Park. So it definitely a situation where the stumble is made worse by or caused under a load.

Is it a bad 02 sensor (I've never changed ‘em and I'm at 105k)? The only code that I ever get (I've been getting it on and off for years) is P0455 evap code. Is it possible that this is related to the stumble?

Any thoughts?

No responses?!

I cleaned the intake this afternoon, but it wasn't really dirty so - no surprise - it didn't do anything. And Ultragauge shows good numbers on the O2 sensors, so I don't think that's the issue.

It runs great, it's just not happy under load at idle!!

My 03 is doing the same thing. I'm not sure on what it could be either.
