Default Sunroof drain repair kit

Does anyone have any experience with these two kits or the companies? I want to try out the the Steve Parkers metal cup kit with the seal but it doesn't look like they ship to the US... I used their contact us form to ask. Would anybody be willing to ship one to me?

I can't imagine Steve Parkers wouldn't ship to The US.

If not, at least according to the ebay store Design & Development will ship to The US.

1 sunroof kit (1 set) > https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rove...AAAOSwJ4hY~yHj

2 sunroofs (2 sets) > https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Land-Rove...AAAOSwJ4hY~yHj

Ebay US > https://www.ebay.com/itm/Land-Rover-...-/162699088886

Design engineering will and shipping doesn't seem bad. I really want to try the Steve Parkers design but it doesn't let me put in my address for USA. I guess I'll just wait and see if they answer.

IDK how I missed this, but it looks like Steve Parkers will ship to The US (info from the ebay store).

Would you look at that, my searching never turned up an ebay result, thanks! Damn the price is 26pounds higher on amazon and WOW Idk how shipping on those little pieces of metal with a rubber seal can be $35 while a full set of lug nuts is $25.. $340 is a lot to swallow to maybe seal both sunroofs..

Have you thought about checking around to see if someone local can bend you up some brackets like that? then just use a brass barb (or do it just like those are).

Have you actually removed and checked the drain castings? Are you sure they are broken? Usually the leak is around the point that they glue that drain to the sunroof pan. Remove the old drain corners, clean, and reinstall using flexible windshield sealant and itll never leak again from there.

The sunroof seal to the body doesn't usually fail either...

This kit seems like overkill

when i got my '99, the sunroofs would literally lift out of the roof holes. the mastic under the flanges had completely failed. the corner drains had broken free of the trays, and the frame to rubber seal had also gone on the rear one.
the only part i had to pay to replace was the rubber. all the rest was simply repair. i wouldn't get a kit until you know that you need the parts that it provides.

Yep pretty sure. Plus I like the idea of having a nice new seal for the glass to seal on that Steve Parkers offers.

You can reattach the lines to the corner drains (if the wells aren't leaking) using a plastic ****** fitting from yard fountain plumbing supplies at the hardware store. And seal it all up with
