Sunroof slamming shut

My sunroofs get a lot of use, and recently my front sunroof has started making a loud slamming noise when it shuts. I figure some rubber or plastic piece has broken or fallen out.

Anyone experience this before?

I crack them open to vent heat; down here it makes in incredible difference when you first climb in the the truck.
