I have '04 Disco-2; a G4 Editionjust curious as to what is a time-limit for the Air-Suspension to run out (I have 86k, but my warranty got me new ones at around 60k); and what is your choice on a Conversion kit... any words of advice? Much appreciated; cheers

I switched to OME coils and really enjoy both...the ride and the peace of mind.

Keep the Air suspension imo, much more versatile. If your worried your airbags may fail soon or in the near future, simply replace them ,then you will be good for a lot longer, but with the mileages you have quoted, I would expect atleast another 30 k from your current set.

You can "help" try to keep them in good condition by raising the rear and keeping the airbags clean around where they "roll over" themselves. I do this everytime I wash the car or have been offroad.

 

Air bags are normally good for 80,000 to 100,000 miles before they fail. I switch mine out at 87,000 miles with another set and wouldn't consider a coil conversion.
