Default Suspension Linkage ID Help

I was doing my brakes today and I noticed an arm that didn't have any linkage. I'm not sure if this is normal or not (driver side)? I also noticed many of the bushings seem worn out/squished. Is there a kit that covers all of the bushings or is it better to replace them individually by linkage?

Mine is the same, I assume it's used if converted to RHD or vise versa. One less part # change.

It's for LHD/RHD setup. Look on the other side to see the one that's being used.
