I think they are brake lights. I can't remember. The front facing parking lights are in the head lights. A little 194 bulb just below the regular one. You can wire in the bulb sockets froma P-38 RR to get dual element bulbs in the corner markers if you want them.

Those are your rear fog lights, turn the key to the "ON" position and on the dash there is a button with a backwards facing fog light symbol.
With the headlights on press this button, the button will light up as well as the "rear fogs".
They automatically turn off when you turn your lights off.
And yes, the front corner amber lights are turn signals only.
Your side marker lights are on the sides of the front bumper.
One amber light for each side, they are supposed to light up when the lights are on, same with the red side marker lights in the rear bumper.

I modified my front turn signals so they are marker lights also. Looks a whole lot better in my opinion. I did a write up on the modification and the parts I used but since the search function on the forum sucks let me know and I'll give you the quick version.

Th lights OK is referring to are called city lights. I researched them a little and some places in Europe don't allow you to use headlights in town so you won't bother people in their homes so they have these city lights. Apparently the city streets are adequately lit to see so the city lights are to make your vehicle easier to see. I just upgraded my city light bulbs to super white LEDs and they're awesome.

As Spike said, the bottom light in the light cluster is your rear fog lights. The rear fog light switch is second from the top on the left side of the instrument panel.
