Default Tapping noise while and shortly after making a turn

If the car is warm and I am taking a slow turn, like pulling into a garage after my commute, there is substantial tapping coming from the passenger side. The noise goes away after a min or so. I don't have the an oil pressure gauge yet, but it is possible that there is a temporary drop in oil pressure due to something in the oil pump or passages? Using fully synthetic 10W-30.

Thank you,

If the noise varies with the speed of the vehicle I'd say CV joint.

Ok, that was bad oil ;-) Switched thin 10W-30 to Rotella 15W-40 and we are back to normal!
