Default Tc question

hey all
i have a tc warning light on acompanyed by hdc warning light.was wondering that having those two lights on will affect the way 4wd works?
it just seems to me most of the power is going to the front its going from wheel to wheel just fine, however power transfer in the rear just goes to the wheel with the least amount of traction.not how i thought this system worked.

okay well since you are not satisfied, these lights are indicating a fault within your abs system.

Usually your traction control will not work with these lights on but your ABS will.

There is a tool called the ABS amigo that can scan and clear these codes.

You have an open rear differential, which means that the power will go to the wheel with the least traction, sounds stupid, i know but that is what the TC is supposed to fix.

Good luck and sorry to give you the GOOGLE answer, but i feel like you would get more information off of that, because i think people are sick of posting about the amigos.

Is your center diff locked? Is your ABS light on? Your traction control is disabled so power will go to the wheels that slip.
