Default Temps after a new head gasket?

So i use the BAXF OBDII bluetooth dongle to TORQUE on my android phone. I just got my Disco back from the shop yesterday and plugged in Torque. It held steady around 195-200 degrees on the highway and hit 210 in town and idle. Since i have a Macbook and cannot figure out how to get RAVE to work for the life of me. Can someone lemme know if these are in tolerances or if i'm running warm. I just spent a pretty penny having the head gasket replaced so i'm on paranoia mode at the moment.

I just wanna make sure i'm not staying too warm, where should i set my warning tone to sound as getting above tolerances. And what other parameters should i monitor on my screen?

New radiator (less than 1 month old due to an accident)
New upper hose assembly
New expansion tank
Head gaskets replaced and coolant flushed this week.

03 Disco HSE with 76k miles .

I will give it a look in about 1hr and we check to see if your system is completely free of air!

We will need to let it cool down from the drive up so that works!

Thats running a little warm, check the fan clutch and burp the system...
Mine runs 195 to 200 in traffic all day long, even when it's 110 outside

210 at idle is alittle high. Are still running the stock t-stat? You should switch over to the warm weather stat. Especially after thay cooling system overhaul.

Default Macbook Pro RAVE

Kinda...
on another note...
I use the Macbook Pro and have the RAVE on it. I have been using the RAVE on the iPad, which is nice for working outside. The "search" menu on the Macbook version is awesome. Once you get it open it should be pretty straight forward using it.
I remember just downloading it like normal, dragging it out of the downloads icon at the bottom and dropping it on the desktop.
Never had an issue.
on a side note,
When I downloaded the LR3 manual (was looking at buying one and wanted to see the workshop manual) I needed to upload an App called unRAR.
Pretty sure the RAVE is just a straight download.

Rave downloads as a .pdf.
Put acrobat reader onto the Macbook and the Rave will then work.

You click on the .pdf and Acrobat will display the rave.

210 degrees is not that bad.
I would put in a new radiator and fan clutch if you are paranoid and a new
thermostat - the soft spring one.

If you had 100,000 miles and the head gasket failed, that's just what they do.

I made sure the system was purged of air, but it hit 221 at idle at a stoplight. I'm getting concerned. Brand new t-stat (factory, not 180 warm weather). Suggestions?
