This is correct they just sometimes it differs how many LH and RH thread they use so best thing to do before ordering is to check how many LH or RH thread you have and then order accordingly.

Would a different thread count make a huge difference? This is my Daily driver and I can't really take the tie rod off and THEN order the part. I've got to get to work somehow haha.

But then you wouldn't be able to adjust the length by spinning the rod?

Exactly... Its only happened a few times in the past and they didn't tell us why or show us pics but to be 100% instead of 99.9% I recommend checking what thread they are.

I'm going to tackle this install on the weekend.
I know about lining up the rods and making sure they are measured correctly like the old rods. My question is... do I have to jack up the front end to swap them out if I can fit under there?
I already have a jack and jack stands but my housing development doesn't allow for heavy maintenance on cars/trucks in our driveways. Hell, I can barely add windshied wiper fluid without some old lady snitching on me to the association.
Thanks!

You can do from the ground, soak the nuts in penetrating oil. Get one of these
Amazon Amazon
from a tool rental place. If all goes well you will be done inside an hour.

The RAVE torque setting page has an error all 4 nuts are torqued to 60 ft/lbs very important that. The error indicates the left side much higher, you will wreck the tie rod end if you do that.
