Do you have access to a vehicle lift?

have you tried a floor jack and block of 4x4 under that corner yet?

That's what I was going to suggest, just much easier with the lift.

x2 on the floor jack. I installed my aftermarket bumper on my own, not fun, but definitely made easier by using a floor jack. The bumper install was actually my final excuse to go out and buy the floor jack! I just got a cheap one from the local auto parts store. I think I paid $70 for it and it's been worth every penny. I've since used it to install rock sliders, a front bumper, drop and replace the tow hitch assembly a few times, and even used it today to pressure hold a new rear quarter panel in place and keep the bolt holes lined up. Invaluable!

So anyway, yes, I also recommend giving it a shot with a floor jack and a length of lumber. 2x4 or 4x4, whatever you have lying around....
