Default Three amigos after storage

Hey guys,
After not using the truck for about a month and having it just sit outside in the cold NJ weather, I went to use her and I got an amigos code. It happened as soon as I backed out of my driveway. It's not a shuttle valve fault (I re-wired that years ago). That being said I was looking for some suggestions on where to look. Could rust on the rotors throw a code? I don't have an ABS amigo so I can't read anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Without reading the codes, it is hard to say, but that being said, sitting that long your rotters were probably rusted up and when you hit the brakes you got a bad noise in your signal to the computer.

If it is just that, will the lights go off on their own? Does it work like the CEL where after a certain amount of good start/stop cycles the light will go out? Thanks for the help. Id hate to go to the dealer or buy a abs amigo if it is something simple.

I'm interested in the answer. Mine isn't a daily and sits long enough for oxidation to build up. That being said I had the visitors show up after 250 miles of driving

Lights will not go off on their own. You can buy a USB Amigo I for 200 bucks.

It's money well spent if your gonna own/drive the truck for awhile.

He is right, you will need a 3 amigo scanner to read/fix and clear the codes.
