Default Tips for watts linkage?

I'm replacing my watts linkage bushings due to a clunk. I've verified that it is in fact the linkage.

Do you have any tips for removing the 3 bolts (each side and center link)? I can jack up the car to expose the center link, and drivers side I can move the exhaust. But passenger side nut is right in front of a curve down in the frame so it's tough to get in there.

I have a 3ft breaker bar that didn't budge the nuts, and so far my impact wrench hasn't done it either (note- I have an air impact gun that needs more CFM, so i'm going to buy a bigger compressor and try again).

Just wondering what special magic has worked in the past. Longer breaker bar? Stand on the impact wrench throttle?

An angle grinder to remove the whole thing seemed to work for Dusty and I....

Have you soaked it in PB blaster for a few days?

6" extension with swivel from the forward side. I use electric impact for that kind of junk.
advise not to back any nut/bolt all the way off with swivel on impact....ouch.

and yeah, panhard seems to drive the same on the road.....so well worth the hour and 1/2 to install conversion

PB Blaster was on sale at the local true value, I bought 3 cans to stock up. Been soaking it daily for a week.

Dusty- I don't understand the panhard comment. What conversion?

I assume the Panhard set-up drops a few lbs over the watts. Every little bit helps on "tons-o-fun" here.

Zack's prolly is a tiny bit lighter. mine is close to the same weight, but beefier and longer than watts.

Yikes, good point. Just in case they don't...
I had to cut a few inches off of mine just to fit it in there and it is hard as steel

Mine isn't long enough. I'm ordering a longer one online, but there is some cutting and modification involved. Hopefully the time spent underneath will pay off.
