Default Tire ?

I have 255/65R16 on my Discovery. Can I replace them with 255/70R16.

245/70 is supposedly the biggest you can go with no rub.

I am running 245-75-16 on my stock suspension that has 100k miles on it with no issues. I don't see very many places that get me into extreme articulation around these parts, but I love the size and looks of them.

a 255/70/16 should fit, but you might rub a little bit under articulation or with the steering to max.

Does anyone have a picture of 245/70/16 without a lift?

i had a friend run that size on a d1 with sagging springs and he was fine. its only an inch taller than stock and slightly shorter than the popular 245/75/16 size that many run with a stock suspension.
