This guy might meet you half way.
You could also try Nigel's in Cabot, but I've heard they are generally a ripoff, and when I went in there and was talking to one of the mechanics I was not impressed. Doesn't cost anything to call, though.
There's this on ebay that's a steal if they really aren't charging shipping. I googled their phone number - (916) 638-1323 - you could call and verify the shipping amount.
Or just buy them and sort out the details later. You don't have to pay if they screwed up their listing.

I'm pretty sure that guy has been trying to sell those wheels for months, so definitely try to talk him down.
Although if he's meeting you half way he's losing money already.
Personally, I'd jump on those ebay wheels. Could end up where you get them delivered to your door for <$200.

I picked up a set of RRC wheels off Craig's List for $200. I just didn't like the looks of the fat five spoke wheels that were on it when I bought it. So I have those fat five spokes with 235/70 tires sitting in the garage, and running the RRC wheels with 245/75s now. It's hit and miss on Craig's List, but it's certainly worth a try!
