I have a 2" lift and 16" rims. i am wondering what the biggest size tire you can fit on these? The tires on it now are pretty old and I would like to get a little more width on the next set and not lose any clearance. Should I get spacers to achieve this? Also anyone know where to buy some tires for a decent price? I have M/T on there right now but they are terrible in snow/ice I wld like some that do better in the snow if possible but I also do a decent amount of mud/trail driving. Any help would save me some search time. thanks, Dave

 

With a little fender trimming you can fit a 265/70 under a D1. A 245/75 fit nicely with a 2" lift and doesn't require trimming the fenders. I ran 245/75 Wrangler Duratracs with OME HD suspension. I had plenty of room for the suspension to flex on the trail without the tires looking too small.
