Not sure if you are looking for new or used, but I would recommend going to a 245/75/16 which will fit fine stock, will fill the fender wells more and look good.
I prefer a m/t but if you want an all terrain I would suggest Kenda Klever. They run about $128 per tire and have free shipping. If you are looking for used, if you have not all ready, might I suggest craigslist. A lot of places that sell used tires will advertise on there. You can also go here: Best Used Tires They have free shipping and a large selection of used tires. I have used them in the past without issue before I bought a new set of tires.

With the 245/75/16, can I use my current wheels? Also what is "m/t"? Thank you for your time!

245/75r16 will rub, I have had them on my stock D2 and they cut a hole in the bumper, they will only not rub if he has a non-sagging front end. I'd just get the stock size tire, if you will be using this as a DD and road use only, I'd suggest Michelin's, super quiet, very long lasting (80-90,000 Mile warranty) and good for a tiny extra mpg, I still use mine on an extra set of wheels.

Go with stock diameter anyway...no rubbing or speedometer issues. Cheapest AT tires (if you're interested...looks good on a Disco!) are Maxxis 751 Bravo AT from e-bay. ATs are a nice compromise between the noise/wear of an MT and the quiet/efficiency of street tires.

Unless there are multiple versions of the Kenda Klever it's definitely a MT not an AT, I have them on my disco and they are knobby and howl loudly on the highway.

Having the speedo off by 10% is a lot. I would have that calibrated to work with the new tires
