Tires with D2 Terrafirma lift Kit

are the ones you want to get, I WOULDN'T do it. I bought some with what looked liked to a 3/4 tread left and they were TERRIBLE....Albeit smaller size tires
They were too LOUD and VIBRATED a lot for my taste. These were too "knobby" for even adequate ON ROAD use. I have them in storage now. I hope some one else can chime in and give their testimony.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Discoverer Cooper S/T (from experience)

didnt you look at Brians truck? he flipped his wheels inside out and i heard someone say oh i like your rims...he said all i did was flip the stock inside out and i think he flat blacked them. not sure if that affects the strength in any way but he def gained some space.
what was Jill running? 235/85? because 235/75 is only about 1/2" bigger than stock. Brett just ordered some Kuhmo 265/75 which are nearly 2" taller than Jill's so he better be going crazy at ROTR. i might go with the 285/75 i plan on trimming the front and rear bumpers (eventualy getting a new rear) and removing the rear sway bars then going to have to inspect and possibly remove the cross member and get some TW shafts front and rear.

Hey are you talking about me again lol.
Yeah those are stock steels inside out on mine and im running 305/70/16s. But Im also running about 4 1/2 lift and some cut out fender flares, I did get a little rubbing on full articulation on the tops of my rear fender wells. I just need to call Justin and get new bumpstops.
We need some pics of your new lift too, And Randy was telling me there doing rovers on the rocks i think he said in November
Is it for off road only? And the tires you are linked to are retreads, I would be leary of putting such large retreads on anything I was going to drive much.
Sounds like tires that big would really places increased strain on everything. But it is yours, so feel free to screw it up good.

Josh, you didnt like the Kumhos off-road either? im thinking of keeping a second set of tires to use on-road and one for off-road.
Brian, Thanks for the info on what you run. and yes ROTR will be the weekend of Nov 12 and 13.
Danny, this truck is not for daily use. i have a DD. I use this truck for trailing and the occasional home depot run. see first response for tire plan and after starting this thread im re-considering the size. Treadwright i heard nothing but good things about.
