Default toddco rebuilt front prop shaft

I see they have them on sale for $280. i have a slight driveline vib i looked at the shaft this past weekend and didnt see any sloppy u-joints but i'm at 122k and have never touched the shafts/u-joints. I know what a driveline vib is from 15 years of a lifted jeep cherokee XJ. At this price i dont feel bad spending the $ to save 2 hours or so of my time to rebuild them myself.
Just looking for input on the company\product. thanks

Have you take yours off to see if it's really the propshaft? That's the only way to really check them, you can't do it with them installed.
Though with that mileage it should be rebuilt ASAP anyway, even if it's not the source of the vibration.

I've never bought anything from them, but never seen any complaints either.

its a slight vibe sometimes when starting from a stop let off the gas no vibe. I can take it out and run without the front driveshaft right?

At your mileage, I would do something this week before you loose a tranny.
Who ever you buy from, make sure who made the drive shaft and that the parts are not from China.
Ask then straight out cause there is a lot of crap being put on the market at a cheap price to get your attention.

they use LR greasable joints and have a upgraded medium duty version with spicer greasable joints.

Spicer makes a better u-joint then Rover, make sure it comes with a new centering ball.

The Spicer 5-4x u-joints that fit the Discovery propshafts are NLA.
Hardy-Spicer, from the UK, u-joints are still available, but they aren't the same as Spicer.
Hardy-Spicer, Precision, Neapco are all fine to use.

If they have a propshaft with Spicer u-joints it's probably using 1310 series u-joints which are larger than the OE 1300 series.

I was reading on a Land Rover forum here in Nashville and someone mentioned that Toddco will rebuild and ship your driveshaft back to you for $190. Going to call them next week to see what they say because I didn't see anything on their website.

We also bought a drive shaft from Toddco. We also found the the drive shaft to be a good product. Toddco does put a new centering ball and does NOT use Chinese u-joints.

The nice part is this drive shaft was a direct bolt in where GB was going to need a spacer.
