Top level command to restore locking, super locking, alarm...?
Hi.
The alarm / anti-theft / superlock / lock states; do they have a way to override / reset for each or there is some action that will get things back to normal for any/all of those ?
Have never used the keyfob, it is in storage never touched, never locked the vehicle anywhere since bought the Disco 10 years ago, only use the key to start it, nothing is ever left to be stolen in it, because am very paranoid of the complications of risking be left locked out with too bad memory to solve the restoring process. Want to write on the manual a prominent something fool-proof that will rescue me from all conditions; if there is such.
Read sometimes that turning the key CCW 3 times and wait so many seconds (or something like that) does something; was it at the door or ignition ? Please help my brain clumsiness. Or an idiot-proof page to follow in the manual.

You can disable Superlock, and auto lock feature for sure with a T4 or Nanocom. There is also a setting for the Immobilizer if I'm not mistaken in the BCU settings, but I haven't messed with it. Superlock & the auto lock when moving are the two things I always disable along with the seatbelt warning LED & sound (I hate it going off while off road).

Thanks, Best4x4.
Those are other... immobilizer; auto lock... (?) I did not know of. How many conditions are there that will prevent start or ingress ?
My vehicle has never beeped for seat belts
The action am after if exists, is without nanocoms; just a procedure to get rid of any 'safety' hurdle while caught at the *** of the world to the left and only my key on hand as a tool to solve a locking event.
What is that "turn key to left x times, then right, then... " I have seen in this forum a few times ?

Ah the default 1515 business. I have never had to do it, but yep it's funky key turning business. Does your D2 have those sensors inside of it one by the driver's head, and one back between 2nd/3rd row. I kinda found a trick to waking those up after being immobilized. Bang on a window and usually the alarm will go off, once it does either use key or fob and it will unlock and reset itself.
I find the Superlock on the doors the worse thing vs being immobilized!! Means Duke of Hazzard time thru a window lol.

First thing I did when I got my Nanocom was to turn off Superlock.
Regardless, I was curious myself... did a quick search and this is what I found. The question is where do I find my EKA code? I am not the original owner. Wondering if a LR can provide this info withou charging an insane fee?
I am going to check my Nanocom to see if I can find the EKA code.

Thank you, acg for the most horrific diarrheic procedure by LandRover engineers absent on the owners manual. Absolutely unable to remember the left, timing, right, timing, then this, the other, the wait and that is IF you have access to the ignition slot with the key on hand or window left down AND with a video of all this diarrhea on your other hand to follow AND if you know the EKA code for your vehicle, whatever EKA means.
Can now foresee that if I get locked out by an electronic hiccup, better look for a sledge hammer or equivalent and when am done, then start walking away to 'hitch hike' home infuriated.
I will keep using my plain bare key never locking without using the fob for everywhere daily driving. Once I left it 3 weeks at an airport, once, a week at a Greyhound bus station, nobody took anything.
So that is named the 1515 business... There is nothing by driver's head nor behind.
And for imobilizer trouble only; with other diarrheas for lock, superlock, alarm disabling...
Thank you, fellows.
