Default TORQUE SPECS
Anybody know what the torque specs are for the stock intake plenum on a 99 land rover Disocvery II? any special tools needed to do the job? Thanks, RYAN

No special tools are required and I don't remember the torque specs.
Why are you removing it, are you going to replace your plug wires at the same time, best time to do it?

if you are asking about the plenum chamber the Rave manual say it is 16lbf.ft
