Default Torsion bar front.

I have a 2000 disco 2 that I am being told I need a knew torsion bar up front. My disco has ace. I hit a massive hole in the road and my front end has felt loose since then. I just had knew terra firms shocks put on it 2 months ago. Im being told I need knew shocks and a torsion bar replaced. Does that make sense??? When you push down on the front end it does go up and down like crazy. I have one mechanic saying I need knew ball joints and the other saying my ball joints are fine its the torsion bar.

Any help would be apprcted.

Joe

Why a complete torsion bar?
It's possible the ACE ACTUATOR on top of the torsion bar ( #RQK100000 ) is bad. Any ACE Fluid leaks?
More likely are broken LINK Ends. Hard to tell with out having eyes on.

Can you post pics of this rig or is it still at the shop?

What it all should look like...….

Had it looked at all it needs are knew ball joints and shocks up front. Just someone that has no idea what to do trying to rip people off. The world is full of them.

Thanks,

Joe
