The only problem with that is...if you get in a accident then you just bought a old beat up used and abused like a rented mule trailer for the price of a brand new one because you broke the contract, and you may need a lawyer depending on if they want to make a example out of you or not.
You cant break the contract, its against the law and the law will be on their side.
