Default Towing a 97 DI

Anyody ever use a tow bar or dolly to tow a disco? Any issues to be considered? Thought about a trailer but local moving companies don't offer that option..

A DI is full time 4 wheel drive.... if you plan on using a tow dolly or tow bar you will have to disconnect the driveline or you will do alot of damage.

Like Pancho said if you use a dolly you MUST remove the rear driveshaft.
If you use a tow bar then you MUST put the transfer case in neutral.
A flatbed trailer or towing on all fours is the preferred way to tow a full time four wheel drive truck.
