Default Towing Questions

Im a newby!!.. I am finally looking at purchasing a 03-04 Disco that I have been wanting for tooo long. I have researched all over but needed to ask you guys one big question..

I am also purchasing a 24' camper ~5000lbs as well..

Will the Disco have any problems with that size camper???

Nope.

It is rated here in the US for 5500#'s, the rest of the world it is rated for 7700#'s.
Exact same truck just a higher rating because we here in the US are sue happy and they are covering their butts.
As long as you have trailer brakes and a trailer brake controller you are good to go.

Trailer brakes are the key. The Discovery could tow your house but that doesn't matter if it can't stop it.
